Today we are looking at the lovely pink Blushing Bride for week 6 of Colour Creations Blog Hop. I know you will be disappointed in me but I am not doing a fancy fold today. I just had a few things on and needed a quick card to put together.
So for you today I have used the Quiet Meadow Bundle in combinations with some gorgeous DSP from In Good Taste.
I just love the Tasteful Textiles 3D embossing folder and the In Good Taste DSP and I have used both to create the background layer for my Blushing Bride flower bouquet!
I have used a strip of Sahara Sand, Blushing Bride and Gold foil along with the stacked stone and adhered it to a piece of Whisper white card before running it through the Cut and Emboss machine in the Tasteful Textiles embossing folder. I then adhered this to a base of Thick Whisper white card.
For the flowers I have stamped them from the Quite Meadow Stamp set in Smokey slate and using the Blushing Bride Stampin' Write Markers I have coloured them in adding a little more on parts where there is extra lines to give depth of shading and fussy cut them. I have also added a little daffodil delight and then the Elegant Faceted gems. Under these I have cut out with the Meadow Dies in Old Olive, Crumb Cake and Early Espresso some sprigs for the flower arrangement. The ribbon is the Gray Granite Shimmer Ribbon to finish off the flower spray. The sentiment is cut out from the Meadow dies in soft sea foam and I have stamped the words from the Quiet Meadow stamps over it in Soft Sea Foam before stamping the Thinking of you in Blushing Bride and fussy cutting and popping up on dimensionals.
A fun card to make and if you would like any of the products or any information about this card do not hesitate to contact me.
