I know you will not be surprised but I couldn't help myself! I made a fancy fold for you for this week, week 10 of the Heart of Christmas Blog Hop 2021! Yes I know, I know! I said I was going to make quick stacks of cards to build up my stash. Well I did do that last week. So there is that, but the Angels were singing to me and they told me that I just had to make another card.
In the end as you can see there are quite a few folds and score lines so I decided that I would not to worry about how big that centre piece was that is not cut or scored along the line just to work out how big I wanted the edge parts that fold and how big I wanted the panel. Once I had decided that I just went from each of the 4 corners first scoring the lines both horizontally that I needed and vertically then I cut the 4 horizontal lines. This also meant that I had everything in the correct position before I cut. Ok so I was really checking my work again!!! LOL!! It really isn't that hard I just don't think my brain was working very well today.
So once I had the fold all sorted then I cut the gorgeous Peaceful Place Specialty DSP to fit each of the sections and on the front 5 panels I have embossed them with the Merry Melody 3D embossing Folder.
You might notice that the 2 angels are placed on 2 extra panels that are adhered to the sides of the card to give that extra bit of surface for displaying the Angels.
In the centre of the card I have stamped the beautiful sentiment in Basic Gray to match the DSP and cut it out with the Scalloped Contour Dies.
On the back I have added another greeting and space for writing but you could also add the space for writing on the front and leave the back empty if you wish.
I have coloured the Angels with the Stampin' Blends after stamping them in Basic Grey and popped them on dimensionals. As you can see you can carefully fold the card down to fit into our envelopes.
I know that maybe I could have made it a little taller but still I like that the Angel's fit just nicely onto the card. And this way I can make 2 card bases from 1 piece of card stock as well.
Don't forget to add your star!
Hope this card brings you some Angel Joy today.

Sharon another amazing fun fold but I think this one surpasses all the others! Love how you have embossed the DSP with the Merry Melody EF and agree the angels fit perfectly on the front panels.
Oh, wow! I can't believe that your stunner of a card folds down so small! It's a fabulous card, and the maths-induced headache was certainly worth it.
The fancy fold card showcases the angels of peace stamp set perfectly! It certainly is a show stopper!
Another stunning card Sharon! Hard to believe all that amazingness fits in a standard envelope.
Oh my goodness ... all that measuring, scoring and cutting!! A little too much for my brain, but you have executed it beautifully, Sharon. I really, really, love the look of the DSP embossed with the Merry Melody embossing folder - it looks gorgeous! I also love the sentiments on your card; very fitting. x
Beautiful card! You HAVE to add a picture of a cut and score template! Please……
Oh my goodness Sharon - wow! How beautiful. I love your colour choices. Such a beautiful card to display that will receive many compliments.
Oh my goodness,. Sharon, my head hurts just thinking about how you had to work out the measurements for this card!!! It is absolutely gorgeous and those angels sure were singing out to you to make it!
Sharon I am so glad you persevered with the maths for this card as I think it is my favourite fancy fold ever that you have made!!! I literally can't stop looking at it, it is such a beautiful card!
The queen of the fancy folds is back! How amazing is it that such an intricate card will still fit in to one of our envelopes
You simply can't help yourself Sharon. Your card is stunning!!! Quick and easy cards are overrated. Keep on being the Queen of Fancy Folds.
