Heart of Christmas - Week 3 - Peace to you at Christmas

Week three of the Heart of Christmas and I loved the stamp set I used last week so much for the tags that I decided I would use the other image to create my card this week. I am going to use heat embossing with my favourite colour. Yes that is right Blackberry Bliss. Bring it on people!
Rhapsody in craft, #heartofchristmas, #heartofchristmas2022, Peace to You, Christmas cards, Pretty Prints DSP, Blackberry Bliss,Stylish Shapes Dies, Brushed Metallic Cardstock, Heat Embossed, Stampin' Up
So I have made a quick card for you today as I have been away for a few days and wanted to put something together quickly but that has a bit of impact for you.

I have used the large church scene from the stamp set and white heat embossed the image onto the gorgeous Pretty Prints DSP.

Rhapsody in craft, #heartofchristmas, #heartofchristmas2022, Peace to You, Christmas cards, Pretty Prints DSP, Blackberry Bliss,Stylish Shapes Dies, Brushed Metallic Cardstock, Heat Embossed, Stampin' Up
I then layered my embossed church scene onto the brushed metallic card on a base of Blackberry Bliss. The sentiment has been heat embossed in white on blackberry bliss and then I have cut it out with the Stylish Shapes Dies and popped it up on a couple of dimensions. You could do this with any of the gorgeous DSP, stamp on them or heat emboss on them not only with these lovely Christmas images. Try it sometime!

If you would like anymore information about this card or would like to get your hands on this gorgeous paper please get in contact with me.

A beautiful and elegant card Sharon. The white embossed image on Blackberry Bliss is striking and looks fabulous against the DSP you have used.

Blackberry Bliss is the perfect colour for showing off this Christmas image! I love that you have in effect reversed the image by embossing it with white on the dark paper. Beautiful!

This stamp set always tricks my eyes! I really have to think that it's stamping the negative. Your embossing onto the DSP is a great idea, and looks amazing.

Snap, my friend on the stamp set! I love how you've combined it with this DSP and used your favourite colour too. It's a win/win and an absolutely gorgeous card!
